Located in Sungai Dusun, Hulu Selangor, this unique rhinocerous conservation centre is managed by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks Malaysia.

Several programs are undertaken here to breed the Sumatran Rhino (Dicerorhinos Sumatrensis), which is a species protected by law throughout Malaysia.

This type of rhinocerous is the smallest of the five living rhinocerous in the world today, and it is one of the rarest and endangered species of large mammals. It is also the oldest rhinocerous in evolutionary terms. In appearance, it has a hairy coat and hairy ears.
